Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned in their original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain items, such as personalised, customised or perishable products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing EOMCRLTD@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Return Postage

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is faulty or we have made an error, we will cover the reasonable return postage costs.
